Welkom bij RNVB (Russisch Nationaal Visum Bureau) – Wij zijn een dochteronderneming van Stichting Public Diplomacy Corps, goedgekeurd door de Kamer van Koophandel en Industrie van de Russische Federatie in Nederland. RNVB werd in 2003 opgericht voor het verlenen van visumdiensten voor grote Nederlandse bedrijven die actief zijn op de Russische markt. Today, ecological tourism is developing more actively than any other kind of tourism all over the world. The modern city dweller tired of surrounding fuss and noise, more and more dreams of joining with nature, walking through silent woods, breathing pure mountain air, listening to singing birds. The benefit of such a rest for physical health and spiritual harmony of a person cannot be overestimated. It was not without reason that 2002 was declared by the United Nations Organization a year of ecotourism.
Russia is one of the most attractive and promising countries for development of ecological tourism. Our edition will acquaint you with the corners of Russia most attractive for ecotourism, will tell about the opportunities of active leisure in a natural environment, about hiking and boating, about reserved places and unique natural sites.
Many-sided nature of Central Russia with its wide open spaces of fields and river valleys, or vivifying elements of woods, has been glorified in national bylinas (tales) and legends, in verses of great Russian poets. Despite quite high density of population in comparison with other regions of the country and location of major industrial centres in its territory Central Russia boasts quite a few comers of virgin nature attracting fans of ecological tourism. The most valuable and unique natural sites are protected by the state, being included in the register of reserves and national parks.
In the western part of the Tver region, close to the Valdai hills, the Central State Forest Reserve is located. Its unique feature is the thickness of fir forestlands which are older than 500 years. They are unrivaled in Europe. These places are especially attractive to fans of wild nature. In the reserve, excellent conditions for typical inhabitants of Russian woods have been preserved: for the brown bear, the wolf, the elk, the lepus hare, river beaver, wood marten. Some tourists manage even to take pictures of the animals in their natural habitat.
A famous place of rest in the European part of Russia is lake Seliger. About 30 species of fish can be found here: bream, pike, perch, roach. The most valuable fish of the lake is pike perch, every fisherman's dream. Large specimens may be as big as 7-8 kg.
Meschera - an area in the lower reaches of the river Oka - is a unique corner of Central Russia where there are signs of four geographical zones at once: taiga, deciduous woods, forest-steppe and steppe. In the Oka Preserve of Biosphere you may meet a bison or visit the only in the world nursery of white cranes.
The National Park of Plescheevo Lake is located northeast of Moscow, halfway to Yaroslavl. There are over 700 species of plants here, about 60 species of animals and more than 200 species of birds, a lot of rare ones among them. Tourists may stroll along the ecological tracks through the woods or wander along the coast, or take a swim in one of the most picturesque lakes in Central Russia - Plescheevo - or visit an arboretum where plants from all over the world are collected.
Karelia is called the lungs of Europe. More than 50% of its territory are woods, about 26% are rivers and lakes - tens of thousands of them - among which Ladoga and Onega are the largest in Europe. Reserves and natural parks of the Karelian land wait for fans of active leisure and for nature lovers.
The rivers and lakes of Karelia - are one of the best places in the world for fishing and boating. Here several kinds of salmon, pike, lake trout and many other valuable sorts of fish are found in abundance. The most popular of water routes are downstream raftings on the rivers Okhta and Southern Shuya.
The Okhta river has an interesting feature, characteristic for many rivers in Karelia though. It is actually a lake-and-river system consisting of 15 lakes and of short stony rapid streams connecting them. The biggest of Europe's plain-land waterfalls Kivach whose height is about 10 meters is situated in the southern part of Karelia.
The National Park of Vodlozero is the biggest in Europe. There are a lot of opportunities for water and foot, scientific-educational and adventure tourism here. No less attractive for ecological tourism is the National Park of Paanayarvi in the north of Karelia, with its excellent conditions for fishing.
The Valaamsky Archipelago in Ladoga lake is well-known not only for its historical and architectural sights but also for natural ones. Its severe northern landscapes, its rocky coasts covered with coniferous woods and picturesque gulfs have some special charm and attractiveness.
The main ecological sight of the Arkhangelsk region is the National Park of Kenozero, the reserved territory stretching to the north of the town of Kargopol'. Taiga, fir groves, pine and deciduous woods can be seen here. The Park is inhabited by lots of various animals and birds, some of which are registered in the Red book.
In the territory of the Park, there are fine opportunities for rural tourism. To live in a country log hut, to wake up with dawn to freshen yourself in a cleanest lake, to work on haymaking in the afternoon, and to take a real Russian steam bath in the evening - this sort of rest is offered to visitors by the Kenozersky National Park, one of the best places for fishing, for walking or boat camping-trips.
The Kaliningrad region is a remarkable corner of nature in the west of Russia. Various landscapes, rivers, lakes, old woods, and golden sandy beaches of the Baltic coast attract tourists from our country and from abroad.
Wild nature fans should by all means visit the National Park of the Kursh Spit - a narrow strip of the land separating the Kursh bay from the Baltic sea. Most of the National Park territory is covered with woods, however the main feature of the landscape is its sandy dunes, second highest in Europe. They stretch along the coast of the bay and sometimes are 60 m high.
The Kursh Spit is often called a “birds' bridge”. The transmigration route of birds connecting Finland, Karelia and the Baltic with Southern Europe and Africa lies over it. About 150 species of birds fly above the spit. In 1901 one of first-ever ornithological stations was set up on the spit, which has been operating since.
Rural tourism lovers are waited for in numerous farms and rural manors. Rural holidays, not without reason, are becoming more and more popular with townspeople. Many of us pretty often would like to have a holiday somewhere far away from city noise, to relax and find some peace of mind in the atmosphere of slow rural life. Fine opportunities for such a holiday are offered in the rural manors located in different areas of the Kaliningrad region.
Here you can go fishing or have a horse or a bicycle ride, or ramble through the forests and fields “silent hunting” with a photo- or video-camera, and sit at a fire or a fireplace in the evening, and have a sleep in a hayloft. Staying at a rural manor, you eat natural, pure food; and you may take part in agricultural work or look after domestic animals. Such a rest shall charge you with vivacity for long.
Lower reaches of the Volga and especially the area of its delta at the Caspian sea is, probably, the best place for fishing in all Russia. More than a hundred species of fish can be met here, from tiny bullheads to huge white sturgeons. 25 species of Volga-Caspian fish are subjects to fishery; among them such valuable ones as the Russian sturgeon, white sturgeon, sterlet, stellate, pike perch. The most valuable and rare kinds of fish are protected by the law and their fishing is strictly regulated.
The nature of Northern Caucasus is unique in many aspects. Firstly, it is the highest mountain range in Russia with five peaks higher than 5000 meters above the sea level. The most famous of them are Elbrus and Kazbek. Secondly, this is the only place in the country where you can see the damp subtropics - the evergreen woods lining the coast of the Black sea southwards of Tuapse. And finally, in the mountains and valleys of Northern Caucasus there are plants, animals and birds which cannot be met anywhere else.

It is a high-mountainous country with rocks, glaciers and mountain lakes (there are more than 130 of them), picturesque gorges of the rivers Teberda and Gonachkhira with remarkable coniferous and deciduous woods. Teberda is a favorite place of mountain-climbers and fans of mountain-rambling, both on foot and horse back. In the territory of the Teberda reserve Dombay, a famous tourism, climbing and mountain-skiing centre, is located.
Mountain Altai - with Mountain Shoria and Kuznetsk Ala Tau adjoining to it - is a complex system of mountain ranges covered with snow, picturesque woods and meadows. The Altai territory is diverse: mountains, rocks, coniferous woods, glades covered with a bright carpet of held flowers, semi-desert intermountain steppes, quiet lakes and rapid rivers. The nature of the Mountain Altai amazes with its virginity and purity not disturbed by man.
Foot and horse camping trips, mountain climbing, rafting down the mountain rivers have become very popular on the Altai rivers, mainly on the Katun' and the Chuya. Annually, over three thousand travelers go rafting in the middle and lower reaches of the Katun', where there are routes of any category of complexity.
Altai has attracted fishers for a long time. The Katun' and its inflows, well-known Teletskoe lake, as well as smaller high-mountain lakes are full of fish. The most widespread and valuable breeds are toymen' and umber. The area of mountain Belukha (White Mountain) - the highest peak in Siberia - is extremely popular with climbers.
The Sayan mountains are extensive and majestic highlands in the south of Siberia to the east of Altai. They consist of two largest ranges - the Western Sayan and Eastern Sayan - and occupy the southern part of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Khakassia and Tuva, the Irkutsk region and the western part of Buryatiya. These sparsely populated areas attract many fans of wild nature. There are lots of mountain rivers and lakes with crystal-clear water.
Waterfalls, magnificent taiga woods, picturesque high-mountain meadows also contribute to the Sayan mountains' special charm. The waterfalls on the rivers Dotot, Khamsara and Biy-Khema; the extinct volcanoes named after Kropotkin and Peretolchin in the east of Tuva; the numerous lakes of Todzhinskaya depression and the majestic landscapes of the Sayan Corridor on the Yenisey river are considered the most interesting sights of this land.
The Sayan mountains are most popular with boating fans. The mountain rivers of the Yenisey basin are ideal for rafting of different degrees of complexity, including the extreme ones.
The great Siberian river Yenisey and its numerous inflows are ideal for fishing. There are more than 30 kinds of fish there, most of which can be met only in Siberia. Of most interest to fishers are Siberian sturgeon, sterlet, white salmon, omul', whifefish, taimen'. Even such traditional kinds of fish as pike, perch or burbot reach record sizes in Siberia, and are far more abundant here than in the rivers of the European part of Russia. The best time for summer fishing is from June to September, and for winter and spring fishing - November, April and May.
Baikal lake is about 25 million years old. It is the deepest lake on the planet, in which one fifth part of the world reserves of fresh water - pure and transparent - is concentrated. A tremendous lot of rivers and brooks carry their water into Baikal, cutting the rocks around in rapid streams and noisy waterfalls. And the Angara is the only one flowing out of the lake and streaming towards the Yenisey.
Baikal amazes you with riches of flora and fauna. 60% of more than 2,5 thousand local species of animals and plants you will not meet anywhere in the world but here. Baikal is famous for its fantastic landscapes. The taiga and semi-desert, tundra and stone steppe adjoin in its vicinity. Three reserves and two national parks have been established at the coast of the lake. In 1996, Baikal was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Baikal in every season is of special interest for a traveler. There are lots of wild animals in the taiga around the lake: here you can meet a brown bear, a glutton, a Siberian roe, an ermine, a sable, a snow ram. The most interesting for fishers are taimen' and umber, and - certainly - the well-known Baikal omul'.
Baikal is the main center of tourism in Siberia. Almost untouched nature of this area attracts people with its opportunities of camping out in the taiga and over the mountains, or cruising on the lake by boat or sailing yacht. Here you may go fishing, or canoeing, or rafting down one of the local mountain rivers; and you may visit unique natural caves which are also abundant in these places. The most famous are Nizhneudinskie caves with their majestic vaults, freakish walls, and fantastic heaps of stalactites and stalagmites.
Nature of the Primorsky (Seaside) and Khabarovsk territories can be seen in huge areas untouched by civilization: large forests, picturesque valleys of taiga rivers, mountain spurs. Here you can meet wild animals and rare plants registered in the Red book, sparks of the surf, and stately cliffs rising to the sky from the sea depth.
Only here the relic yew and Amur yellow-bark oak grow, invaluable ginseng and aralia, coniferous trees of the North together with lianas of the South. And in the taiga rivers, the Siberian salmon taimen' reigns. Nature of this land is fabulous in all seasons. One of the most attractive places for ecological tourism here is the Natural Biosphere Reserve of Sikhote-Alin', where the world-renowned Siberian tiger lives.
Island Sakhalin, washed by the warm Japanese and cold Ohotskoe seas, is also rich in sights of nature. Traveling along the coast among grandiose and freakish rocks and bays, visiting a unique mud volcano in the south of the island, rafting down fast rivers, resting in the ringing silence of forest lakes -all these are only a part of what is waiting for travelers here.
The Kuriles in the Pacific Ocean form a continuous chain of active volcanoes, one of which - Tyatya (Daddy) - is considered the most beautiful volcano in the world. Dainty sea-foods are extracted from the sea around the islands. The most famous sights of the Kuriles are well-known basalts of the cape Stolbchaty (Pillory), lakes Kipyaschee (Boiling) and Kholodnoye (Cold), the active Mendeleev volcano, and hot springs in which the water gets heated up to 90°C.
In Kamchatka, the most significant and unique sights of nature are concentrated in its southern and central parts. The most interesting of them is the so called Eastern Volcanic Area where 27 of 28 active volcanoes of the peninsula are situated, as well as most of its hot and cold mineral springs.
Volcano Avacha is very popular with travelers: in summer you may climb to its crater, and in winter go mountain skiing on its snow-covered slopes. Almost as famous is the valley of the river Nalychevaya with its numerous clusters of mineral springs and a network of winter tourist tracks.
The world-famous Valley of Geysers - an unusual phenomenon of nature met in only few areas on the Earth - is in the territory of Kronotsky Biosphere Reserve, one of the largest and oldest in Russia.
ZAKELIJK VISUM
Een zakelijk visum is een document dat mensen die op zakenreis naar Rusland gaan moeten
hebben. Als u een zakelijk visum nodig heeft, is ons bureau klaar om u van dienst te zijn dit document te verkrijgen. Wij zullen u informeren over de eisen van het Consulaat van Rusland, zullen controleren of u alle documenten juist heeft ingevuld en, als nodig, de nodige documenten voor u opstellen. Als nodig, kunnen wij een zakelijke uitnodiging voor u maken/ alle zakelijke uitnodigingen worden opgesteld door de Kamer van Koophandel van Rusland. Onze medewerkers zullen persoonlijk uw documenten naar het Consulaat brengen. U kunt er zeker van zijn dat bij ons, uw zakelijke visum binnen de kortste termijnen klaar zal zijn! Voor een aanvraag van een business visum , zijn voor iedere reiziger de volgende documenten nodig:

Paspoort of reisdocument dat ten minste 6 maanden na de vervaldatum van het visum geldig is en beschikt over minimaal 2 blanco pagina`s;
Een Toeristen visum is een document dat mensen die Rusland als toerist bezoeken moeten
hebben. De maximale geldigheidsduur van zo’n visum is 30 kelenderdagen. Een Toeristen visum kan one-entry of double-entry zijn.
Een Toeristen visum naar Rusland wordt afgegeven op basis van een toeristen-uitnodiging. Dit document bestaat uit 2 delen:
Een Toeristen uitnodiging wordt afgegeven op het briefhoofdpapier van een toeristisch bedrijf, bevestigd door een zegel en handtekening. In de meeste gevallen van het aanvragen van een visum is een kopie van zo’n uitnodiging voldoende. In sommige gevallen kan het Consulaat vragen om het origineel. Ook kan het Consulaat vragen de volgende documenten: Kopieen van de vliegtickets, hotelreserveringen, het programma van uw reis, etc.
Om snel een Toeristen visum naar Rusland te krijgen, moet u simpelweg gebruik te maken van onze diensten. Zelfs als u niet beschikt over een uitnodiging, zullen wij deze automatisch voor u regelen.
Voor een aanvraag van een Toeristen visum, zijn voor iedere reiziger de volgende documenten nodig:

Paspoort of reisdocument dat ten minste 6 maanden na de vervaldatum van het visum geldig is en beschikt over minimaal 2 blanco pagina`s.
Een ingevulde en ondertekende enquete van het Russisch Consulaat (wordt voor U door RNVB ingevuld).

Ziektekosten-/reisverzekering geldig in de Russische Federatie of wereld dekkend (moet op polisbladaangegeven zijn).
TRANSIT VISUM (doorreisvisum)
Dit visum is bedoeld voor mensen die naar een derde land reizen via het grondgebied van
Rusland. Er zijn twee soorten transit visa: one-entry en double-entry.
Een uitnodiging is bij een transit visum niet nodig. Transit visa worden afgegeven op basis van de getoonde vlieg-/treintickets en een geldig visum voor het land van eindbestemming (indien nodig).
De aanwezigheid van een inreisvisum voor de aangrenzende staat is niet vereist voor burgers van deze staat, evenals de burgers van de landen in aanmerking komen voor visumvrij reizen naar de buurlanden in overeenstemming met de bestaande overeenkomsten tussen de landen.
Transit visa worden afgegeven voor een periode die nodig is voor de doorvoer over het grondgebied van de Russische Federatie, of voor transitvluchten, in overeenstemming met de tickets en het recht om op het moment van overdracht te stoppen voor niet meer dan drie dagen. De rekentijd voor doorvoer voertuigen wordt bepaald door de afstand tussen de punten van binnenkomst en uitgang naar de dagelijkse kilometerstand van 500 kilometer.
Een transit visum is niet vereist voor een verblijf maximaal 24 uur in de internationale zone van de Russische luchthaven, om over te stappen naar een ander vliegtuig.
Als u niet in staat bent om aan deze voorwaarden te voldoen, raden we u aan een aanvraag voor een regulier toeristenvisum in te dienen.
Om een Transit (doorreis) visum aan te vragen, hebben alle reizigers de volgende documenten nodig:
Een ingevuld en ondertekend Order Form RNVB (u kunt dit ook online invullen, door gebruik te maken van de Track&Trace conrole optie);
Een paspoort of reisdocument dat tenminste 6 maanden na vervaldatum geldig is en beschikt over minimaal 2 blanco pagina`s;
Een kopie van uw bevestigde tickets naar en van Rusland;
Een kopie van een geldig visum (indien nodig) naar het land van uw eindbestemming;
Een ingevulde enquete van het Consulaat van Rusland (RNVB zal dit voor u doen);
Een Privé-(gasten) visum wordt verleend aan buitenlanders die als gast Rusland willend bezoeken;
met andere woorden, diegenen die op bezoek gaan bij een burger van Rusland.
Een Privé visum is een speciaal soort visum, gemaakt op basis van een uitnodiging, die wordt afgegeven na aanvraag van een burger van Rusland of een buitenlander met een verblijfsvergunning in Rusland.
Een Privé-uitnodiging wordt afgegeven op het briefhoofd van de Federale Migratie Dienst (FMS). Hierbij moet de initiatiefnemer persoonlijk aanwezig zijn en het bewijs leveren dat in staat is om een buitenlandse burger normale levensomstandigheden te bieden tijdens de gehele verblijfperiode van de buitenlandse gast. De periode van geldigheid van dit visum is maximaal drie maanden.
Voor een aanvraag van een privé-(gasten) visum, zijn voor iedere reiziger de volgende documenten nodig:
Een ingevuld en ondertekend Order Form RNVB (Deze kunt u tevens on-line invullen met de Track&Trace controle optie);
Paspoort of reisdocument dat ten minste 6 maanden na de vervaldatum van het visum geldig is en beschikt over minimaal 2 blanco pagina`s;
Vanaf 12 maart 2010 kunnen echtgenoten en kinderen van Russische burgers, die legaal in Nederland wonen en naar Rusland reizen samen met hun Russische familielid, makkelijker een privévisum krijgen. In hun geval is een uitnodiging van de Federale Migratie Dienst niet meer nodig. Hier kunt u meer informatie vinden over dit reglement..
GROEPSVISUM
Als het gaat om Groepsvisa naar Rusland, wordt er meestal gesproken over toeristische groepsvisa.
Toeristische groepsvisa worden afgegeven voor maximaal een maand, aan toeristen die het grondgebied van de Russische Federatie als onderdeel van een georganiseerde toeristische groepsreis bezoeken. De groep moet hierbij uit minimaal 7 personen bestaan.
Een toeristisch groepsvisum kan single-entry zijn; hiermee kunnen reizigers de Russische grens 1 keer bij aankomst en 1 keer bij vertrek oversteken. Een groepsvisum kan ook double-entry zijn; hiermee kunnen reizigers de Russische grens 2 keer bij aankomst en 2 keer bij vertrek oversteken.
Een groep buitenlandse reizigers die naar Rusland komen als toeristen, moeten een contract voor de levering van toeristische diensten hebben afgesloten en een bevestiging van de aanbieder van de toeristische activiteiten bij zich hebben.
Groepvisa geven een perfecte mogelijkheid aan toeristen om geld te besparen op hun reis naar Rusland. Bij RNVB ontvangt u een officiele uitnodiging en het visum zelf voor een aanzienlijke korting.

CONFERENTIE/TENTOONSTELLINGEN VISUM
Elk jaar reizen duizenden ondernemers en werknemers van Nederlandse bedrijven uit verschillende
branches naar Rusland om deel te nemen aan tentoonstellingen en conferenties. Wij realiseren ons dat de beslissing om deel te nemen aan tentoonstellingen, congressen, conferenties e.a, vaak wordt uitgesteld tot het laatste moment. In deze gevallen kan ons kantoor, met de steun van de Kamer van Koophandel en Industrie van de Russische Federatie, de nodige documenten voorbereiden voor de onmiddelijke afgave van een target visum naar Rusland, in overeenstemming met de eisen van de Consulaire Afdeling.
Voor de aanvraag van een target visum, zijn voor iedere reiziger de volgende documenten nodig:
Een ingevuld en ondertekend Order Form RNVB (Deze kunt u tevens on-line invullen met de Track&Trace controle optie);
Paspoort of reisdocument dat ten minste 6 maanden na de vervaldatum van het visum geldig is en beschikt over minimaal 2 blanco pagina`s;
Een brief van uw bedrijf/organisatie waarin het doel van uw bezoek naar Rusland staat vermeld (tentoonstelling, beurs, congres, etc.) of een officiele uitnodiging van de ontvangende kant;
Een ingevulde enquete van het Russisch Consulaat (wordt voor U door RNVB ingevuld);
Visa voor journalisten die reizen voor journalistiek werk, dat wil zeggen; voor afzonderlijke
gebeurtenissen, reportages, uit te voeren redactionele taken, enz., worden gemaakt aan de hand van de volgende documenten: 1) een originele Perskaart, uitgegeven door een beroepsorganisatie waaruit blijkt dat de visumaanvrager een gekwalificeerde journalist is en 2) het beroep van redactie tot de Consulaire Afdeling van de Ambassade van de Russische Federatie met een verzoek om een visum te geven aan de betreffende journalist, met een uitleg van de redactionele missie.
Voor het aanvragen van een journalisten visum hebben alle reizigers de volgende documenten nodig:
Een ingevuld en ondertekend Order Form RNVB (U kunt ervoor kiezen om deze online in te vullen, met behulp van de Track & Trace-controle optie);
Paspoort of reisdocument, dat ten minste zes maanden na de vervaldatum van het visum geldig is en ten minste twee blanco pagina`s heeft;
Originele perskaart of een certificaat of ander document van een beroepsorganisatie waaruit blijkt dat de betrokken persoon een gekwalificeerde journalist is en een document van zijn / haar werkgever waarin staat dat het doel van de reis is om journalistiek werk te verrichten;
Brief/document van de werkgever van de journalist waarin staat dat het doel van de reis is om journalistiek werk te verrichten;
Een ingevulde formulier van het Russische Consulaat (RNVB zal dit voor u doen);
RNVB levert diverse soorten visa die zijn aangegeven in de Overeenkomst tussen de Europese
Gemeenschap en de Russische Federatie:
a) Visa voor leden van officiële delegaties die op officiële uitnodiging gericht tot de lidstaten, de Europese Unie of de Russische Federatie, deelnemen aan bijeenkomsten, overlegrondes, onderhandelingen of uitwisselingsprogramma`s, maar ook aan evenementen die op het grondgebied van de Russische Federatie of een van de lidstaten door intergouvernementele organisaties plaatsvinden;
b) Visa voor chauffeurs die internationaal goederen-en personenvervoer verzorgen tussen het grondgebied van de Russische Federatie en de lidstaten, met voertuigen die zijn geregistreerd in de lidstaten of in de Russische Federatie;
c) Visa voor het personeel van wagons, koelkastbrigades en locomotieven van internationale treinen die zich verplaatsen tussen de grondgebieden van de lidstaten en de Russische Federatie;
d) Visa voor deelnemers aan wetenschappelijke, culturele en artistieke activiteiten, inclusief universitaire en andere uitwisselingsprogramma`s;
e) Visa voor scholieren, studenten, postdoctoraal studenten en begeleidende docenten die reizen voor studie-of opleidingsdoeleinden, bijvoorbeeld in het kader van uitwisselingsprogramma`s en andere schoolgerelateerde activiteiten;
f) Visa voor deelnemers aan internationale sportevenementen en personen die hen beroepshalve begeleiden;
g) Visa voor deelnemers aan officiële uitwisselingsprogramma`s van zustersteden.
